Waited over 50 minutes for my food before I left empty handed. Couldn’t complain to anyone because the only employee we ever saw was just throwing bags out into the counter. You owe me $24! Today was the worst food I've ever had. My family waited forever for our order then the fries were so cold & gross the dogs wouldn't even eat them. We ordered a Quarter pounder with no cheese because my mother in law is lactose intolerant but they put cheese on it anyways. Half the bun on my burger was so hard I would've broke a tooth trying to eat it. We tried calling to complain but after the phone rang for minutes they answered then immediately hung up. Chicken Sandwiches! McDonald's as a restaurant chain offers their new Chicken Sandwich and McGriddle's with options of Crispy OR Spicy chicken. However, the Payson McDonalds only offers Spicy. Bad call! Children LOVE chicken but will not handle the spice of the chicken offered. And, you are losing sales! Your spice offers heat but no taste. Even we who love spice are disappointed in your chicken!
Went there tonight, they gave us our drinks and told us to pull in to #2 spot and someone was already there so we pulled into #3 and waited over 20 minutes and my husband went in and asked were our food was and the manager was rude and said she personally handed it out the window, they ended up making new food but was ignorant about the whole thing. Total of almost 40 minutes there and not even an apology.

I waited in line to order for 7 minutes and finally left so I could get to work. Went to Orem and was through the drive Thur with my food in under 3 minutes.
RecommendedNormally I check my order but today was lazy. No bacon on my bacon mcdouble and my Coke was a Dr. Pepper. :(
I have never been so humiliated in my life until today. The cashier at the window was rude and even the manager was as well. The card reader wouldn’t read my card and I had money on my account and they denied me service due to it not reading. Not only was the cashier rude but I left without food for my 4 year old. I honestly will not go there again due to how horrible the service was. What made me even more upset we hit Wendy’s up and one slide and the card worked.
This is the first time in a long time that I’ve been pleasantly surprised with a McDonald’s. Most people only leave reviews when something bad happens, so I wanted to leave them this 5 star review that they deserve. �
