So we went in the drive thru, as our car broke down, there was this guy who was working at around 12:30 AM and he said that this is illegal to stand here. We felt like this was racism and i totally didn’t like it. We just wanted to order something and the guys was not at all cooperative and was rude, abusive and totally not friend to us as well as ignorant. we even asked to pick up the order but then also he denied to give!! Pretty pathetic mcdonalds is charging 25 cents for a paper bag so I don't struggle to carry my food out to my car, I guess that was my mistake for not going through the drive thru, another embarrassing money grab, as if they dont make enough money.

I ordered breakfast this morning including one cold drink and one hot coffee. I understand that I didn’t get a straw because I didn’t mention it when I order through my phone. But I did made a note and said I would like some cream and sugar on the side. But I still didn’t get them 😞. The staff were nice and greeted warmly and I like McDonald’s so much since I was in elementary school. That’s why I still gave a higher rating. I think you can and will do better next time.

Coffee seems to be a struggle at this location. First time I ordered here was about 9pm and my coffee was old, warm, and not good. 2nd and 3rd time in the afternoon I had to pull to the 3rd window and wait 5 minutes as they brewed a pot I guess
