The fact that all of the ratings for this area are so bad shows that they don’t care about working effectively. This comment won’t affect their pockets so there will be no change. Cold fries and long wait time if you go inside vs drive thru. I had to ask someone to help.
This is the worst McDonald’s in Orangeburg. You will wait for your food more than 20 minutes. They always pull you to a park to bring your food out. Items will be missing. They forget to bring your food to you at times and then ask for your receipt to see what you ordered. This place needs new management and people who are going to actually work.
If you order from the mobile app check your bag!!! Twice they gave me apple pies while my order was strawberry cream pies. Plus we waited around 30 for an order..got the food and guess what everything was cold and wrong pies.
McDonalds is either McDonalds or better...due to service mostly. Most of them are medicore at best because of service...like this one. Food is what you expect,...but still all mistakes and carelessness are always customers fault (like most locations I have seen unfortunately).
