2026 review: why am I not allowed to buy a scoop of skor pieces to add to my milkshake but you're allowed to buy scoops to add to a mcflurry? Bad customer service here. I didn't even ask them to add it. I was going to add it myself. And the cashier asked her manager and the manager said no. The food was standard, but the overall experience at this location was disappointing. When I walked up to the counter, the staff looked me right in the eye and completely ignored me without a greeting, making it clear I was expected to use the self-order kiosk instead. The play area was also very poorly maintained—it was super dirty, and my son’s white socks turned completely black after playing for just a short while.
