I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. The manager, Edmarie, showed unprofessional behavior on multiple occasions. Every time I visit, I am told to wait 30 minutes or more, yet there is no proper follow-up or effort to assist customers. Her attitude is rude, dismissive, and lacks basic customer service skills.
