I usually have an okay experience but tonight was COMPLETELY horrible... First, when I pulled into the Drive thru the right lane seemed to be shut off... But magically it opened back up when I got to the speaker where the cashier decided to ignore our side for 5 mins while letting 4 cars order on the other side. Then I get to his window and he chooses to COMPLETE ignore me while he took orders behind me and NO ONE was in front of me... Service & hospitality has declined tremendously over the last few months. Almost every order recently has been incorrect or missing from the order entirely. When notifying staff that my order is incorrect, they’re dismissive. Drive through staff used to be super polite, they’re newer people to this location who are quite rude unfortunately.
