Lady at window with tattoo on her neck literally making fun if customer who wanted a fresh mcmuffin with the window wide open for anyone to hear. Just sad.
During a drive-thru visit on 1/20/26 at approximately 8:17 a.m., a staff member was overheard making a degrading comment about my mother’s appearance. She is elderly and handled it with composure, but my concern is that a remark like this could seriously affect someone else. I’ve reported the incident to corporate and hope the store addresses professionalism.
