This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The staff seem very unmotivated, and the management is extremely poor. Orders take an unreasonably long time, and no one checks in to see how long customers have been waiting. Something needs to be done—an order shouldn’t take that long, especially when the restaurant isn’t busy.
Tried to make me repay for a mobile order which I already payed for and were rude about it, and now not once or twice but upwards of seven times these last few months they have repeatedly "forgotten" items from my order. Today it was an entire half of my breakfast bundle which was unacceptable and so upsetting. We did not notice until we were already on the freeway and unable to turn around and this location does not answer there phones. Definitely will not be returning to this location.
