Poor customer service no one comes to the front to take your order
You are lucky if you get a complete order. We ordered two breakfast combos and two orders of pancakes and relied 0 hashbrowns. I called to ask if the combos still came with hashbrowns. They told me "Wes. What did you order?" When I tried to reply they just hung up. The tables are always dirty in the lobby and the staff is generally rude if you try to order at the counter. Possibly one if the worst Macdonalds in the country.
