i ordered a hot n spicy mcchicken from the drive thru, and got home to find out they gave me a dry chicken patty on a bun with two pickles on it. i came back in to get a replacement, handed them the sandwich that they messed up, and i got back a COLD mcchicken with the same pickles on it. they didn’t even remake my order. they just slapped mayo and lettuce on it and hoped i wouldnt notice. crazy
We waited more then 21 minutes for our food tonight. Got ice cold fires with no salt on it what so ever. My sons cheese burger was just a patty between buns nothing else. The extra sauces I ordered including that which was suppose to come with the meals was not included! How does 2 big macs and 20 nuggets take almost 30 minutes?
I accidentally ordered from the wrong McDonalds and I went to inside to explain what happened they gave a new order and fresh food thank you to the ladies for helping out and being respectful about it
