No greetting customers, had a pickup order was sloppy and cold
Our order was delivered incorrectly for few times. We waited for Apple pie for over 20 min. then we have to remind them so we can receive our orders. Also, the floors and tables are dirty. Employees are bickering at the kitchen and it can be heard at the eating area. Employees on breaks taking a nap at the couch, it does not look good.
Very clean, speedy service and friendly staff.
