Bought some nuggets last night for my brother and my daughter. Was furious to find out the nuggets were very mushy and cold in centre. By the time I realized they were basically eating raw nuggets they have already eaten half. Now they have been vomiting all night.
I strongly condemn the extremely poor service attitude of an Indian female staff member at the drive-thru. She consistently has a scowling face, rolls her eyes at customers, and never extends her hand to pass food properly, forcing customers to struggle to reach it. This is not only highly inconvenient but also a safety hazard. She ruins my mood every day before work. Management must intervene immediately！
