Amazing customer service! James is an angel!! This started off as the most bizarre and uncomfortable experience. James made my day with his kindness and made my whole week with his hospitality. Not to mention the best breakfast sandwich I've literally ever had.
I complain about the unacceptable service I recently received at this location which I don’t suggest to anyone to go there. During my visit, the cashier made an error by charging me for two orders when I had clearly only placed one. When I questioned the total, I was told the higher amount was due to tax—this was misleading and dismissive. Only after reviewing the receipt did I realize I had been overcharged. Food & ambiance is excellent! Staff are kind & care about cleanliness.
Absolutely disgusting experience. No sanitizer. No soap. Bathroom floor was wet. The baby change table was broken and had so much gross stuff on it. Manager didn't apologize. Seemed pretty checked out.
