I usually don't go to this chain unless I'm traveling and it's the only thing available. Recently I heard someone mention a new burger was on the menu. I decided to give the Arch burger a try. It was really good. It was the best burger I've experienced at this chain in many years. I hope this is the beginning of better menu items in the future. To me the Arch burger is a hit and should be on the menu permanently. I will definitely be willing to eat more of those and have already recommended it to 4 people already.
I got to this McDonald's often! The nice man who takes the orders knows who I am as I always use my mobile app! The kid with the long ponytail and glasses handing out the food this morning, absolutely terrible! I waited over 30 minutes for a burrito, hashbrown, and a milk! Twice in was handed the wrong order! I left an hour before I was supposed to be at work just to have time to stop! I got to work 5 minutes before my scheduled my time! Absolutely ridiculous!
