Simple order of French fries, shouldn’t be that hard to get right, right?! Was given cold stale fries. When I bought them back they said they were making new ones and it would be 5 mins. When I said I didn’t want to wait and asked for my money back I was told their policy is not to give refunds only offer store credit/coupons. Had to ask for a manager and fight to get my money back. I don't know what's happened at this McDonald's at North Barrie. But over the last 2 months it's been really bad. *Twice now I have had room.temp fries. They did swap the fries out when I asked but it was a wait. * The coke was so weak it didn't taste of anything. Surely you change the syrup canisters before it gets that bad * And after a room temp burger and fries last night I am now seriously ill with food poisoning.
