I can only say I am in awe of this location. They take up to 10 minutes to fill an order when no one else is in line, or the person taking the order does not speak either English or French is one thing. Today I ordered a “Number 1 combo”. The order came (after 10 minutes) and no hash brown. I asked about it, he said “you ordered a number 1, not a combo, I will have to charge you more”. This is par for the course at this location. What a joke!
Horrible service, horrible quality
Drive- thru Didn’t finish ordering and told us to come to the next window. Ordered a poutine and they put it into the bag so half the poutine would spill out on to the rest of our food and didn’t give me a fork. Every time previously never give me barbecue when asked. I’m fed up honestly. I’d understand one in awhile not getting an order right but every time I here it never right.
