A very nice person named Michelle works there as a greeter i'm glad I stopped in this McDonald's. In Plum boro, thanks for the manager that hired this person for a customer greeder.
The drive through has two lanes. They served the car in front of me, then three people from the other lane. I called "hello" several times with no answer. Guess they just decided the lane I was in didn't matter anymore. I went to Burger King.
I was in McDonalds in plum and I overheard one of the managers call an employee a racial slur to her face. This manager completely ruins everything there he is super unprofessional, rude and obviously racist, I believe his name is Dom.
