We literally ordered our food through the app just to pick it up because I didn’t have much time. But when I arrived, I was surprised to find out that they were still preparing my order 20 minutes later. On top of that, they kept me waiting another five minutes at the window because apparently I had ordered my food incorrectly. The Riverhead McDonald’s is consistently one of the cleanest and most efficient spots around. The food always comes out fresh, piping hot, and completely accurate every single visit. Even during peak rush hours, the drive thru and counter service move fast thanks to a friendly, hardworking team that keeps everything running smoothly. It is easily one of the most reliable and well managed locations in the area.
Unfortunately it closes an hour earlier than the McDonald’s in Riverhead but Mary was very nice and handled it well!
Everything was great I just wish they had outlets in dining area. We were traveling a great distance and wished we could have charged up while eating.
