Customer service don't know what is a chicken wrap. Instead they just gave me a chicken strip only.
Place dirty! Trash all over the floor while employees were talking trash about customers in ear shot. Customer service at this store on 3rd shift needs to be restrained at the least at the most FIRED. It is not the customers responsibility to try to figure out why a FAST food order is taking 10 minutes while employees are just pacing around. A proper way to do things is for the employee to let the customer know "Sorry for the wait, but we are currently waiting on fresh whatever whatever is coming up." Simple and polite. The ... read more
