The crew this morning had great energy and made me valued.
The customer service was horrible. The staff treated me poorly. I waited for the manager for 20 minutes for a refund because the store was out of frappe. He kept me waiting for him for over 20 minutes and never showed up. The employees are rude. They treated me badly, and the bathroom was super dirty.
Terrible experience — long wait times, wrong orders, and sticky floors. Customers were lining up for refunds, and the man in the yellow vest had a horrible attitude. Leadership really needs to step in and fix this.
EVERY time I come here the line is long and I also have to pull into curbside pickup to WAIT for “hot fries”. SMH
