I was the only vehicle on the lot abd try afk me to pull forward at the drive thru when I refused the employee got my food and almost threw it to me.

Open late, FAST LINE always. During the day they have someone pop out with an iPad to help take orders, helping the line go faster. This place is always on it. Great customer service 3 years later and this place just ain't what it used to be. Why do I have to pull up and wait every time? What's the point of doing a mobile order 10-15 minutes ahead of time? Can they not see the order and go **oh wow, we have ZERO COOKIES & 0 APPLE PIES, let's throw some in** With a newborn, I don't want to wait. Thanks.
Went through the drive thru and ordered the new pink and blue milkshake, since the last time the ice cream machine wasn't broken "broken" (shocker) and paid for it etc. when I pulled up the to second window to pick it up, the window lady told "we don't have your milkshake, do you want something else?"...very disappointed that they couldn't have one thing ready for me while I waited in the line for it.
