I normally don’t like to post bad reviews but this is possibly the most poorly managed McDonalds I have ever visited. We were there for lunch - dine in - the crowd was decent, but not overly busy. We ordered two Happy Meals and two Big Mac meals. No special requests. It took 25 to 30 minutes to get our food. The ice in the drinks was melted. Some of the food has been sitting there awhile. I don’t think the manager was even there. It was just an awful experience.
I add bacon to my burger for 2$ and instead of bacon they add 20€ cheese I didn’t notice it because i do pick up Edited: I ordered a medium strawberry mild shake but instead of that they gave small smoothie I try to told them but they didn’t care at all I told them to remake it they said they don’t care I’m pretty sure they don’t know how to read pls do some with it
