Took 30 minutes after ordering inside to receive two simple meals with only a few people infront of us and at least 10 people working in the kitchen. No one was available to take orders at the cashier stand. Worker was vaping in the kitchen right in front of all of the customers. They were out of sodas, menu wast difficult to order from.
My daughter initially ordered at this location through doordash. Had to come to location because doordash was missing items. Took several minutes to get anyone to acknowledge me. Decided to order another item while here. Took 17 minutes from the time I ordered to receive any of my food. When I receive my replacement I was still missing items took several more minutes to finally get everything. Almost all the employees seemed dazed, confused, and unwilling to interact with customers. So since when can a 4 yr old child NOT play in the designated play area at this location Hwy 153 ??? My 4yr old nephew got told to be quiet because there was a manager in there on the phone.I thought that was a places for children to play not for management to talk on the phone...I will NEVER go back to this location.
