I’ve been there 2 days in a row to get a large hot mocha both days have been cold as ice. When I took my drink back into the store, I spoke with a manager and she said, would you like for me to make you another one and I said you can’t make me another one it’s gonna be cold . She said well they won’t fix our machines. If you know the machine is down why are you gonna offer to make me one when you know you can’t do it.
