i only write honest reviews. people who go here know how bad the customer service sucks. it’s rare to actually see someone standing at the front taking orders. the workers hurry and call out the food and go back to the kitchen so they don’t have to deal with customers. I saw one guy manger just walk through all the customers wanting help and continued walking to the kitchen. i had points for a free frape and when i ordered it, it took about 30 mins for them to come and tell me there frappe machine wasn’t working… i HATE this... read more
One of the grossest bathrooms available and I've been to in a long time. Men's bathroom is the faster. Unfortunately I had my granddaughter with me had to go in. I had to clean the place up before she could even use. I am talking gross real quick nasty for that
