Went through the drive-thru on my last visit. New staff, I noticed, so customer service is getting better. Glad they're adding napkins in the bags for drive- thru customers. Looks like no more, no napkin trips lol. But prices for me are still an issue for this franchise. 2 drive thru lanes available. Breakfast, Lunch and dinner peak hours are typically visit busy. In drive through it is 4:40am and the person says they are closed. I said but you are 24 hours and he said 23. Please address this or change you times to actually reflect when you are open
