1 star is due to literally ordering take out, quarter pounder with cheese. Started to open the box and literally a fat fat flew out before the box was opened all the way! It startled me but took a picture of the fly on my window. Tried to contact the store on Pleasant Street in Methuen MA but unsuccessful. I had my dog in the car so was uncomfortable going to report and certainly will never eat there again. I reported to corporate and was told I would be contacted but its been almost 2 weeks now.
