I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this location. I stopped by the drive-thru just to grab some French fries, but once again—no ketchup was included. I didn’t drive off right away and tried to get the staff’s attention, even honking the horn politely. They completely ignored me. This shows a total lack of attention to the customer. it's one of the slower ones so don't expect to rush inside order and get out real quick like per usual many times if you order from kiosk you have to go up and ask for your order and they sometimes look like what order? The food is good however and the occasional kids that have fights in there is funny too
