I used to frequent this location to get a in iced coffee and do some as a brief stop over between appointments (travel for my job). They recently took all the outlets in the whole place and covered them with screwed on faceplates. I presume this is to stop homeless people or middle school students from coming in to use the location to charge devices. Jokes on them for being so heartless because now they're also losing a real customer that stopped by often for convenience. I'll know now to head to Starbucks instead.
My drive thru order was missing 2 items. No big deal, I'll just call to get a refund. Or so I thought- the store's phone rang for 45 seconds before saying I needed a code. I called customer service instead only to have a robot mishear my complaint of "missing item". The robot told me where to find the address of the nearest McDonald's and disconnected...
Regularly closed later at night when the website and app both say the restaurant is open
The food's wicked hot! The drink's good, though, ya know? But get this, they're outta the Grinch Happy Meal! Shoulda gotten here earlier, hah!
On your app is says ur sauces are free, there is no where it says we are to charge for extra sauce I already my sauce placed in the app not only did they forget my sauce they tried to get me to pay extra for a sauce, Team member looked angry but I see why they are receiving bad reviews.
