The woman behind the counter (MELINDA) ignored me for 5 minutes & once she finally acknowledged me, she yelled at me to use they app which I didn’t have my glasses 🤓 & it took so long! Meanwhile, a white couple comes in and MELINDA- immediately & happily jumps to help them and gets them their order before I get can even finish my $60 order on the mobile stands they have. Used the app to order two bacon, egg and cheese McGriddles for pickup. I have learned by observing my friend for months now that you can get some nice deals by using the app to order. Guess it saves them some time and myself some money! The food was freshly made, hot and tasty.
Paying cash? Count your change and get a receipt. Kid at the register shorted me only one dollar, but I’m certain it was intentional. He asked me if I wanted a receipt, I said no, I gave exact coin so all I needed back was a couple bills. He handed me those bills, closed the window and turned his back to me.
