I don’t usually complain unless it’s necessary, but I do want to point out that this location needs a more professional manager—someone who cares more about the business and customer service than imposing her own rules. Came for dinner, I was the only person in line. Frappe machine was down so they refunded my order for that. Once I got home and was ready to enjoy my food I only got a plain cheeseburger, fries and drink with my $6 meal deal. When I ordered a cheeseburger with no pickles and extra onions. My husband went there this morning and it was so slow he went to the donut shop. People were leaving and the staff has a problem filling the simpiliest order. They need new managment. THIS IS ADDED ON TO THE LAST REVIEW. THIS IS THE WORST mcdonalds we have ever been to. My spouse just came home with a cold very old microwaved sausage egg and cheese biscuit. It's hard as rock.
