The absolute worst McDonald's experience ever. It was in the evening and the inside was closed, to be expected. I had three orders on the app and and set for curbside delivery. After waiting for more than 45 minutes, I decided to get in the very long and slow drive through line. Another 45 minutes and I finally got my orders minus the milkshake because only then was I told that the machine was broken. Food was cold and hard and just entirely unpleasant. I will never order anything from this McDonald's ever again.

Open 24 hrs a day. Great to get a snack late night after going to the casino.

I give it one star today. I went and ordered a sausage egg and cheese Mcmuffin and got a egg Mcmuffin with egg and cheese. I ordered a coffee with cream and got a black coffee even after I told the guy what my order was. It's pitiful that they get people that can't count change and can get the whole entire order wrong. I used to work in fast food and know it's possible to get all orders correct.

I am 65 and a vet I asked for a curtsy cup of water and was told I must make a purchase. As I had just eaten at the hard rock. All I need was a cup of water to take my meds with. I've been a loyal customer of McDonald's for a long time. This should never happen. To deny any one water. Even a bum deserves the same treatment you would give a dog.
