Super slow service. I can’t believe this place is able to stay open. The ownership group must struggle to find employees. The training that staff receives is a joke or maybe it’s the morale. It’s probably the morale that is garbage. At each window they asked me what I ordered. Terrible customer service😡 I strongly recommend that the GP team spend more of their profits and focus on training and customer service. Teach them how to talk to customers. This location was nice. Service was a little slow but they were busy. Clean tables, clean bathrooms.
Went into store to place order no one came to register to help me. I tried to place order it let me customize my order how I wanted so I ask again for help at register and Zy (young lady) working said they are short staff... Someone needs to be able to run register at all times. Then my order was wrong after 31 min of waiting to place it. Wont be back
