Update - lots of workers in the kitchen, but lots of angry customers waiting for food, waiting for drinks, waiting for toilet paper which we'd asked 4 employees for. They've changed so much since last year! I arrived in the middle of a huge rush and still received my food in just minutes. Plenty if workers and they were being very responsive to customer needs.
I always have to pull up and wait 10+ minutes at this location. Today I sat at the pull up window for 14 minutes waiting on a 4 piece chicken nugget while 4 cars behind me moved on. Multiple other times my order has been incorrect and/or missing items.
