Was super slow, the cashier said nobody wanted to work. Crew members always calling out.
I write this, to praise the staff and mgmt. A staff member, unfortunately I don't have their name, found a family members wallet. The wallet had $$, DL, and debit card. They turned it in, and the Manager mailed it back, as the family member lived in a different state. These people were a blessing! A big thank you to all involved..
Need to learn how to resolve issues that are the workers fault not the customer. Used my app on 03/19/25 for the 5 for 5 in drive through. Gave the number my app said got it as it always does. The order screen even said it had it on there. Well I don't know what the girl did. But she made it go away somehow and then told me the number didn't work. How is that? I clicked it again.
