I never understood how the drive thru is packed and no one is inside yet I gotta wait for 10 mins until someone notices me and then another 10 mins for one item

So unorganized if I could give them a 0 I would. Don’t come here if you want a simple friggin sandwich 😂I heard them ask are you supposed to be helping them to each other like 5 times and the people up front still didn’t get helped. So ridiculous 😭
