staff is super unprofessional and rude. went in and they had nothing but issues with my online order and were talking down on me. after 5 minutes it went through or whatever after being talked down on. and then i get back to work and they’re missing items. everytime we order from this location something is missing a sandwich or all the hash browns. i dont think counting is that hard and id understand if it wasnt literally every single time i had placed an order. wont be buying from this location anymore and i work out here a... read more

Very disappointing experience at this McDonald's location. I waited nearly 30 minutes for my order while the staff seemed more focused on chatting among themselves than helping customers. The service was slow, unprofessional, and lacked basic attention. I ordered the $5 meal deal along with an extra burger. The first time, one of the items was missing, but I didn't notice until after I had left. I returned, and the staff did not provide a proper response.
