Huge thank you to the team at the McDonald’s on Overland and Cole! We placed a large order of 30 Happy Meals for my son’s birthday party, and the staff handled it incredibly well. When I arrived, it was awesome watching the team work together behind the counter. Everyone was encouraging each other, communicating, and making sure the order was completed quickly and correctly. Food was cold, except for nuggets. The trashes were all super full, trash on all the tables and floor and there was a group of teenagers that were hollering at each other and horsing around, throwing stuff at each other.... They were talked to once by an employee that was obviously familiar with them, then they picked right back up as soon as the employee was in the back. We complained to management when it continued to escalate and they were "talked to" again. Teens then yelled at us and threatened us as we left. What am aw... read more

There is a group ofabout 20 kids between 13-15yrs old that hang here daily after school. They are rude, loud, cut lines, and one of them followed me out to my car talking crap. This location is awful, even the staff hates being there when these kids are there. Do better McDonalds. Trespass them.
