Extremely slow. Waited 15 minutes or more for food. There are no drink refills at this location.
I’m ONLY giving this 2 stars because I’ve eaten here a total of 6 times since I moved back to Boise and they have all been fine except this time and one other. One time they had refried fries and they were disappointingly to crispy to eat for my kids in there happy meals, and then there’s today. I’ve attached a video. My favorite thing to eat is there sausage muffins. No egg. And my children eat them as well. We all love them. While they often get special requests wrong, they are happy to make it right. Food is often hot and fresh and all staff are courteous
Almost every time I go to this McDonald’s I have to go back in and have my fries filled. Today was the exact same- I orders three large fries and every single one of them was barely HALF full. I don’t expect them to be overflowing or anything like that, but these were literally the equivalents of small fries. It’s ridiculous that they have absolutely no problem seeing these half full fry boxes and giving them to customers no problem. This McDonald’s is probably the worst one I’ve ever been to!
