I went into McDonald’s to grab a quick Happy Meal for my daughter and used the kiosk to place my order. The kiosk wouldn’t let me make the changes I wanted, but I figured I’d just deal with it. When I walked up to the counter, a nice young lady named Shalea stepped up and asked if she could help. I explained the issue, and she immediately made sure the modifications were taken care of.
