I don't know of they are under staffed or what was going on but it took a very long time to get my order even though I put the order online and when I finally got it, the fried were stale so I asked for new ones which I had to wait another 20 minutes for. Also, did they stop putting salt on them? I do recommend the jalapeño pounder with bacon and cheese. Update: gave it another try and it still sucks. Longest line ever, might as well wait in line at Disneyland you'll have a fun attraction at the end
