It took forever to get our food and then after eating we decided to get ice cream for the grandkids and it took over 30 minutes. There was two other families in the restaurant and my husband looked outside to see if the drive-through was backed up and there wasn't anyone there. They had at least 4-5 people working. No excuse was even given for the delay. My husband mentioned it two different times during our wait that we waiting still for our order.
Fries weren't salted, and just look at this photo of a deluxe spicy McCrispy. Edit: I ordered a 6-dollar McDouble meal deal they forgot my nuggets. I also ordered a gold crispy sandwich and they forgot to put bacon in it. I added a photo of it. Order some meals from them and they forgot my fries. Are they only hiring people who can't count?
Front counter staff handling customer orders without hair covered…rolled their eyes when reminding them of a drink paid for yet not delivered. We observed touching and pulling back hair followed by working directly in food areas…unacceptable. Other staff appeared to have their hair cover.
The staff here is very friendly. Excellent service.
