第一次在美國點麥當勞，發現工作人員太少了，因爲不小心按了櫃檯結帳但櫃檯一直沒人。建議增加工作人員，大家看起來都太忙了！ 薯條和飲料都比臺灣的份量大，漢堡差不多大！
Don't bother using the drive thru, they will always send you to the parking lot so they keep their wait times low.
They are obviously short staffed, PAY THESE PEOPLE MORE and you will have staff that shows up. I waited exactly 15 minutes for order 1623, a single crispy chicken sandwich, I had frozen food in my car which is why I was hoping for FAST food. I don't blame the staff, or management, but corporate. You have the lowest tier of workers here and they don't care, why would they. McDonald's is just another bad "fast" food chain now. I would happily pay more for better service, but corporate is dumb and cheap, it won't happen. So sad... read more
Took 20 minutes for a happy meal, and none of the workers really speak english. Staff ignore you because everyones pissed at them
Always tell you to park in front and wait for your order, they never can get order done quick, even French fries you have to wait 10-15 minutes, even if you order via phone 10-15 min before.
