This place makes too many mistakes with orders. 1️⃣ I chose to pick up my order at spot 2, but I waited a long time. I had to go inside to check, and found my food already sitting at the front counter, cold. They thought I was picking it up inside the restaurant. 2️⃣ I ordered two spicy wraps, but neither of them was spicy. The overall management and operation of this place are very poor. I can’t believe one order can have so many mistakes, and I wonder if other people experience the same thing.

I don’t have high expectations of McDonald’s but yesterday’s burger was another low. I took a bite and threw it away. It was so stale and felt like plastic god knows when was it prepped.

I had really disappointing experiences at this McDonald’s. The staff were consistently rude and seemed annoyed when taking orders, as if customers were an inconvenience. I understand fast food can be busy, but that’s not an excuse for poor attitude and lack of professionalism. Customer service should be a priority, regardless of how hectic things get.
