Secret shopped the location today and there will be a lot of people who need new jobs my food was wrong, it was orded and picked up immediately to test the app, and yet it was icy cold. The fries had been cooked multiple times to burned, no salt and they ripped off the receipt so I wouldn't know or provide feedback, so they basically failed at every level of the shop. I went through the drive through I made my order the line was long and slow. I had asked for certain items to be left off and for one item to have extra. I got home they hadn't put anything on the hamburger it was dry and cold nasty. I had called to let them know. First the manager hung up on me. So I called back.
