the food is cold, the service is awfull, the management made fun of a girl for being fat. will never go again
This is the third time I have been fed up. Over the past 3 years I have bisected this location 3 times. Only because Burger King didn't open until 6am. The first time I had met my husband in the parking lot. One of the employees started yelling obscenities at us after I pulled away she walked up to his car and asked if I was bothering him The second time they were closed when they were supposed to be 24 hours. WORST Mcdonalds ever! Rude management and lousy ownership skills. If you aren't going to run it right get out of the way so someone else will. Dirty store. Corporate should SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN! This place is ruining Mcdonalds corporate reputation. Do yourself a favor and go eat ANYWHERE else!
This store in Niles has got the worst laziest crew ever. They have been closed every night all week. The first night I knocked on the door to ask when they opened and a woman employee yelled and said "can't you understand what NO means"? I couldn't believe it. I think this store should think about hiring people that actually appreciate their job. I will not buy food from people who hate their job.
