I had an unacceptable experience at the McDonald’s Drive-Thru at 610 NE 125th St, Miami, FL 33181, around 4:30 a.m. I waited for over 30 minutes, and I was the only vehicle in line. From the moment I arrived, I could clearly see my Uber Eats order sitting on the table inside, but no one came out to assist me. I came to pick up my mobile order, gave the code to the employee, waited in the lobby for 30 minutes, and then the employee tells me I have to go through the drive thru. 45 minutes later, I still haven’t gotten my order. Could be that they don’t like the way I look.
This place has an issue with the shake machine and or availability for this product. Next to the MCDONALD'S FRENCH FRIES , I think the next most sold item on the menu is probably the shake, specially the VANILLA SHAKE. Since the day that they remodeled this new location and reopened their doors to the public, this is the same story, either the machine has an issue that it is not working, that they are out of material to make the shake, that they are cleaning the machine or the they need to put the machine together cause they... read more
