The Drive Through Service is Poor. Place your order, Hurry up and Pay, get to the Pickup Window--- Only To Be Told to "Pull Ahead or Wait" in one of their parking spots. I'm NOT IMPRESSED By That. If I'm having to pull ahead and wait-- then Management Isn't Doing Their Job.
I went to this place on July 4th for breakfast. After waiting over 15 minutes for my order and seeing people leave before me that ordered, I asked the lady at the counter to check on my order. I explained to her how long I had been waiting. She just looked at me and said sorry. I got a receipt that was blank and never saw my order number on the status board (777). I asked two other employees and no one seemed to care. I finally asked for a manager and then someone printed out my receipt number and made my order. I finally go... read more
