I placed and paid for order #1663 through the McDonald’s app, but due to a system error, it asked me to speak with staff to pick up my order. A woman named Maria (wearing glasses) was completely unhelpful and seemed unaware of how to handle app orders. She was rude, dismissive, and clearly unwilling to assist. Really bad service. I waited 25 minutes for a coffee, even though I ordered it online. I had to go back and get my coffee because they didn't even remember my order.
