They were open, but the drive through was closed an hour early simply because they did not want customers. I called to check and the employee said “whoops” and offered to reopen it if I really needed something. It felt so unprofessional and honestly pretty shocking. When I worked in food service this kind of thing would have gotten me fired.
The service was horrendous at the Rosemount, Minnesota McDonald's. There was no one waiting at the counter to take orders from customers when I walked in. There was one woman barking orders to people as she scooped orders into paper bags and handed them to 2 people waiting for their orders. I had walked in and stood at the counter for approximately 5 minutes before I asked rather loudly if there was anyone waiting on customer's at the counter.
