Not going here anymore after 14 years of patronage. I generally visit between 12:00pm-8:00pm 1-3x per week. It used to be more often until the French fry issue that started within the past 1-1.5 years (late 2024/early 2025). They began consistently filling fry containers half full and continue to do so. About 90% of the time I get food here it happens. In early 2026 they either stopped cooking the fries at the correct oil temp, or something in the fry recipe changed. I tried to order at the counter, but nobody took my order, so I went through the drive thru, and the order taker was terrible. She wouldn't let me finish my order as every time I tried to add something, she wouldn't listen. She kept rushing me and giving me my total and telling me to pull up to the window when I wasn't finished ordering, and she wouldn't listen to me.
