I messed up my own order and the staff (Anna) was really friendly and took care of me anyway!
Ordered breakfast on the app at around 10:15 am. I get to McDonalds this morning at 10:23am. The manager tells us that they never were serving breakfast in the first place and didn’t even open the store until 10:30am.(if this is true the business hours need to be updated) She proceeded to tell me all I can do is place a new order?? Never even mentions a refund until we go inside and ask for one. I don’t care that they couldn’t make the breakfast, but the manager was pretty aggressive and almost rude in explaining everything ... read more
