Forgot 8 out of 15 items in a mobile order. No way to contact for refund.
Just expect your order to be wrong or something missing. Definitely do not pull away from drive thru without checking! If you doordash just expect something missing in fact stuff is missing so much doordash doesn't believe me ! It's that bad. If you need sauce for something it's never there and those cost money no straw it's frustrating for instance today we didn't get our coffee straws or sauce in our doordash how hard is it to look at a screen then in the bag to make sure that it's there!
This was the most professionally staffed and clean McDonalds I have been to in a long time. The order was correct, there was a kind lady cleaning, and the manager was actively overseeing the crew. The crew were mostly young people who were attentive to their jobs and personal service of customers. This is hard to find anymore in fast food service. Great Job! I will make this my McDonalds of choice, even though I live in Springfield.
Stopped by here this morning and was impressed with the friendliness of the young people who work here. The restaurant was also much cleaner than what I’m used to seeing in fast food anymore. Keep up the good work!!
