I went there tonight to order my usual order, but i received, no 10pc chicken nuggets, my fries were terribly greasy and almost inedible, and i had to wait 15 minutes in the drive thru??!? Terrible experience and i would like a refund for my nuggets

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. The service is consistently slow, and the employees come across as rude—like they’re doing you a favor just by taking your order. When I request made-to-order food, I still end up receiving items that taste like they’ve been sitting in the warmer. The manager, Andrea, was especially unpleasant and unprofessional, which made the situation even worse. Overall, the atmosphere feels negative, and it seems like new management is badly needed. Ordered on the mobile app to dine in breakfast. Drive thru was packed and the doors were locked with no sign. Someone opened the door for us and the employee who came up to the front immediately asked us what we were doing in here because they aren't taking in store orders. After some back and forth we got our food but had a breakfast sandwich missing. Horrible communication and the missing food was the cherry on top of it all. It will be a while before I go back to this location.

Who's idea was it to put my diet coke in the bag without a cupholder? My doordash order arrived a mess because one of you thought it was logical to place a drink in a bag without a cupholder. I couldn't even eat my meal because it was soaked in diet coke. Also, my mCchicken had a ton of onions and my cheeseburger had no pickles. It is sad that people aren't capable of performing basic tasks. Whoever the franchise owner is needs to straighten out their little businesses.
