I’ve been sitting at the drive thru for about 15 minutes in the exact same spot. They are very slow and need better training on working in a fast paced environment. When I went inside, everyone is just sitting on their phones and only 2-3 people are actually doing their job. I am very disappointed.
After reading the reviews I was worried about eating here BUT I was out of options because I'm driving a bus and was parked near them, so I gave them all try. I'm glad I did! The McCrispy Gold Edition sandwich was hot and delicious, the fries were a little cold but edible & the service was excellent. The lady behind the counter was very nice & friendly.
