They need to seriously reevaluate the staffing here. Lately it seems like it doesn’t matter what time of day or what we order, there will be an 8-12 minute wait. For drive thru fast food that is absolutely ridiculous. And then after you wait, there’s not even a guarantee of hot food.
So upset . I go here often and do have issues some times , but we got breakfast this morning in the drive thru . Got all the way home to realize we were given the wrong item . We ordered a steak egg and cheese BAGEL , and they gave us a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin . Also the egg was BAD ! I’m so annoyed and disgusted with it . I just don’t understand why is it so hard for them to get things correct . It wasn’t busy AT ALL . We will not be returning .
Food was good but took a long time, over 15 minutes.
