When I went to McDonald’s on 5/9/2026 I ordered a drink and I was waiting to get my order but they were taking a long time and there was nobody at the front cashier everyone was in the back the workers was talking and playing around they weren’t doing there job like there are supposed to
Ordered on the app before going. It was a 15 min drive, when I got there I did Curbside pick up. I waited 25 min and no one came out. All the drive through was clearing out with new customers and people walking after I got there in were leaving with food. I walked in to see what was the hold up and they gave me my order. No point in doing Curbside at that location best to pick up at the counter.
