The customer service team here is disappointing especially in the drive thru. they are always in a bad mood, never greet you and always slam the last window without even saying anything to you. You can’t ask if that’s all your food or if you can have ketchup. The fries are always either cold or hard. Great service. Paid for extra lettuce and extra cheese on the chicken wrap. Barely any added let alone extra. But it was still decent.
