It's sad how rude the young lady working the speaker tonight is. First point of contact and the first thing she says is mobile orders only. Hi, how are you, welcome to McDonald's would be nice. I just don't understand that kind of mindset.

You literally have to ask for fresh dropped anything or they will give you something that's been sitting for a while. They got me 3xs with luke warm fries that are cold by the time I get home. So now I request fresh drop whenever I order anytime after 8pm
DoorDash yesterday and this morning both times I ask for a Carmel sundae and McFlurry last night they didn’t send it at all today they send just plain ice cream
