Had an amazing experience here. I put in the wrong order and the staff / day shift manager was amazing. Absolutely great team of workers.
Everytime I go, a new issue arises. I will just go to the Mt Comfort location from now on.
Why bother asking us what drink and sauce we want if youre not going to actually give us the drink and sauce we want? Why is that so difficult?
Every-time I go to this McDonalds you have to pull off and wait. When you get your food it’s cold, or the wrong order. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to be consistent like any other McDonalds.
Every single time I come here something is missing or wrong, at night ONLY. The night shifts need to be completely replaced every person but mainly the front workers they don’t give a shit about anyone’s food being correct or completed I come in there and spend $50-$60 every time and they just cant seem to get it right EVER!! Night shift needs to be fired and new people retrained on what real customer service should look like. My kids could do better and not a single one of them is over 10 yrs old pretty sad.
