The "higher-ups" REALLY need to kick it in gear and fix their freezer. They have a semi in the back acting as a freezer and it is so loud the workers can never hear you and when u spewck loud enough for then to hear you then they think you are angry
This is the worst McDonald’s in the area. They will pull every car up to ensure that the drive time is good. Waiting 20+ mins to get food that was not fresh, mind you this is during prime hours where you should know what items need to be ready and out the window. Just terrible, no sorry for your wait or anything at all.
Manager working days is very rude. Whenever she had to fix an order she got very angry. Was so uncomfortable I didn't even eat my re-order..

We missed dinner because we were in the emergency room. We pre-ordered thru the app and pulled up curb side. They forgot one of our drinks and didn't give us straws. The person had walked away before I could say anything. I went inside and even though a few drive thru workers looked at me no one said anything. I spoke up and nothing. Finally someone came up and gave me a cup. It was one of those rare times where the fries were hot and perfectly salted.
