Almost every night this place has a line wrapped around the building that literally doesn’t move for 10 minutes. If you know that’s going to happen why don’t you prepare for it? Have more workers? Keep the lobby open later?
Its always the same bad service is it because im black
3:30 am sitting at the second window, there is six cars behind me and all I ordered was one sandwich. I washed the lady put my burger in a bag along with filling up three other bags and she’s not delivering it to the window. She’s just standing there bagging up the rest of the orders instead of handing out the food.. And she’s purposely not looking at me at the window. My food isn’t even warm. It’s been sitting next to the window for 15 minutes. Completely ridiculous
