Every time I go to this place, their ice cream machine is never working the last five trips no ice cream machine they say it’s broken whatever. My order was wrong. I asked for no onions. He didn’t even put it on the ticket when I pointed that out to him, he said I’ll take care of it and then when I got my order, it had onions And I was the only one in the drive-through I won’t be going to the McDonald’s at Utica in I 244 the fifth time of crappy service crappy food and no ice cream take that one off my list
I ordered 2 plain cheeseburgers just meat and cheese for one of them I got just cheese
I will never come back to this McDonald's. The drive-thru wasn't too bad but when we went inside it was a different story. After putting my order in the Kiosk, I waited almost 15 minutes for my food, and the girl bringing the orders out had a real attitude problem. I asked for some BBQ sauce and she rolled her eyes sighed and acted like it was such a task. She was that way with every customer I saw her interact with.
